UA DOL-AP Tablet is a highly effective analgesic and antipyretic combination that provides fast relief from pain and inflammation. It is formulated with Aceclofenac (100 mg) and Paracetamol (650 mg) — two well-established agents known for their synergistic action in controlling pain, reducing fever, and improving patient comfort.
Composition:
Each film-coated tablet contains:
- Aceclofenac – 100 mg
- Paracetamol – 650 mg

Mechanism of Action:
- Aceclofenac: Inhibits the enzyme cyclooxygenase (COX-2), reducing the synthesis of prostaglandins responsible for pain, inflammation, and swelling.
- Paracetamol: Acts centrally to reduce fever and enhance analgesic activity by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis in the brain.
Together, they deliver dual action – targeting both peripheral inflammation and central pain pathways for faster and longer-lasting relief.
Indications
UA DOL-AP Tablets are indicated for the management of:
- Musculoskeletal pain
- Osteoarthritis & Rheumatoid arthritis
- Low back pain & Cervical spondylosis
- Dental pain
- Post-operative pain
- Headache & Migraine
- Fever and body ache associated with infections
Dosage & Administration:
- Adults: 1 tablet twice daily or as directed by the physician.
- Route: Oral; to be taken preferably after food with water.
Adverse Effects:
Generally well tolerated. Occasionally may cause:
- Gastric discomfort or acidity
- Nausea, vomiting
- Mild dizziness or skin rash
Contraindications:
- Hypersensitivity to Aceclofenac, Paracetamol, or other NSAIDs
- Peptic ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding
- Severe hepatic or renal impairment
- Pregnancy & lactation (use with medical advice)
Precautions:
- Avoid alcohol consumption during therapy.
