Composition:

• Esomeprazole – 20 mg
• Levosulpiride – 75 mg

Mechanism of Action

Esomeprazole (20 mg)

• A proton pump inhibitor that suppresses gastric acid secretion by inhibiting the H⁺/K⁺
• ATPase enzyme in the gastric parietal cells.
• Provides rapid and sustained acid control, promoting mucosal healing and symptom relief.

Levosulpiride (75 mg)

• A dopamine D₂-receptor antagonist with prokinetic and antiemetic properties.
• Enhances gastrointestinal motility by increasing acetylcholine release, improving gastric emptying and reducing reflux symptoms.
